Leadership Training for Women
PACK Training
Professional Association in Community & Knowledge
Packs are small groups of women professionals that agree to meet once a month for 4 hours. They create norms and ground rules that allow them to connect quickly, and mentor one another in areas of concern within professional, family/friends and personal arenas.
This process is one of shared leadership and very time-managed. Confidentiality is endorsed and trust is a must. The participants are invited and selected to make for a wide range of diversity with no cross-functional or company conflict of interest. Members must agree to run with the pack for at least 6 months before considering departure. The pack holds itself accountable for the environment and the output of each meeting.
Pack Workshop is 2 days with 2 coaching follow ups. Assessment and retreats are made available on request. Packs can be created as viable networks within companies in partnership with current initiatives or part of association member offerings.
